Team myriads is the worst organization that I worked the trainers,team leader's, recruiters,and management, is so bad and they do false promises they don't give any thing in written not even a offer letter but they do ask for the copy of our original documents. I worked there just for a very short period days in which 2 weeks in training and 3_4 days on the floor they do expect sale from first u start picking up the calls which is completely unfair and when you are not able to do it they pressurise u and and they fire u by giving nonsense reasons and don't even pay for that. So this is the worst place to work with

They leave candidate easily if he/she is not performing instead of giving them a chance. But I am happy to leave, because I won't be Software developer if they didn't left me.

Dislikes

It's a fake call center claiming to be working with ADT in North America. Individuals in authority are upright abusive and dominating in incorrect manner. The notice period to be provided by the employee before leaving is 45 days, but if they want to get rid of you, it will take them less than 45 minutes.
