Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Using foul language on floor by TL's and STL , Unnecessary arguments with recruiters by senior team lead, Office closing timings will be according to STL wish in the evening. Office timings will be 9:00 am to 6:00 pm or no fixed time

HR Team was not being responsible for their works. and if any mistake if happens from HR TL to other TL or STL, the management is not trying to solve those issues, they are terminating innocent employees without knowing and asking issues from those people.
