only thing is the salary part is very low but work load is very high

I'm working for Tata Steel through Teamlease Services Limited(off-roll). The colleagues are very co-operative, salary is Ok for a novice(entry-level position) to be paid this much(average). They give specific emphasis to the work life balance.

There is no such job security here.

Good work environment and culture. Good training for self development and company projects. Job timing is better and convenient for employees.

In existence company Cipla, Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Third class company they don't have money to pay the salary on time they even unable to pay salary on the month 7th date my recommend is please don't do job in this company 3rd class 3rd party company

This is a third class company they have no money to pay salary on time to their team in every month they have not paying the salary and incentive on time the date say even unable to pay the salary on the 7th of date in month my recommend is please don't do job in this company
