Worst company ever I had my life..they won’t tell you , they hired for contract.and salary also you I’ll not get an time. If your client manager is not approved your timesheet. You have to wait till his approval. 50 days once I get my salary. And also job is not secure..they will terminate you after eight months.once your contract expired. And also they will not tell you , you was hired for contract.

After 5 year no salary hike policy and no pramotion I have been working in it for the last 5 years but my salary has not increased even by 5 thousand.. I hope you understand my situation

we just work and get salary that's all no other benefits(cab,leave,compensation) for contract workers in Larsen &Toubro.

job security is less because of contract. Not hiring in on roll and interaction of Management and employees working with client is very less.

Third class company they don't have money to pay the salary on time they even unable to pay salary on the month 7th date my recommend is please don't do job in this company 3rd class 3rd party company
