Salary & Incentives Basically it's a HR company My suggestion, Don't join as HR in Teamlease, These guys are not even care your personal life balance also, You need to work Saturday & Sunday also.

...es, Every day you have to work Morning 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM or 10:30PM. 👉 Coming to Salary Hikes between 500 to 5000 Rs. Based on your designation in a year. 👉 Trust me, you will get high mental pressure & No personal life balance. 👉If client will ask for commitment, Atleast Managers don't even think it's possible or not, They will directly commit impossible things from normal human beings, Because They don't have Minds, But They are surviving easily for newly joining Recruiters.

Third class company they don't have money to pay the salary on time they even unable to pay salary on the month 7th date my recommend is please don't do job in this company 3rd class 3rd party company
