There is a politics and the Management doesn't Address the issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow . But Team Computers is supported to all employees..

Your boss decides everything. No HR and other management help you . Very bad experience with Team Computers.

HR will never answer your calls and will always give you false hope of salary increment and when you ask it over a mail they will escalate stating why did you mailed our conversation "mere zabaan ka koi bharosa karo" For two months when before I left the company I had a offer from another company with higher package. Team computers HR and their regional head promised me they'll match the salary so I stayed back and for 2 months I was been mailing the HR and the regional head and there was no response nor salary increment. Be careful before you join this company.
