As per my experience Higher Management is good even HR supports but some of the managers who is handling to customers like Regional manager and Sr Program managers are working like politicians which are not good for Company reputation. and as per working performance not getting proper salary increment, they given only 6% and we are deserving atleast min 10%

Good company to learn as a fresher ,salary / Appraisal structure is very poor, But salary credited on time as 1st or 2nd day of month.

Salary and apprasal structure is very worst , lot of politices in company.

No job securities, if they can't pay you they will raise resignation in your behalf without your information and they will accept it automatically when you will say i can't work with you i need projects and salary. ultimately fraud can be done here and you can't do anything legally as in system you resignation is approved and u r no one who will get the salary.

Salary on time Connectivity with CEO if there is an issue , he might blow it out of proportions but atleast your concerns get a response , even if later action isn't taken.

Non technical people expected to make technical decisions A lot of internal politics The people he keeps closest to him atleast in this resort endeavours keep lying to him and the CEO believes them blindly, and starts behaving erratic and showing how much of an unprofessional jerk he can be

After joining don't expect to get increment. Always doing politics. Suppose your time comes for appraisal then they will increase the prohibition period. This will happen with multiple employees in Cloud Team.
