Company doesn't value their employees and communication with manager is too bad, they doesn't reply till the 4 5 days when we try to contact them, and salary increment is too lower just 6% like labour not engineer.

As per my experience Higher Management is good even HR supports but some of the managers who is handling to customers like Regional manager and Sr Program managers are working like politicians which are not good for Company reputation. and as per working performance not getting proper salary increment, they given only 6% and we are deserving atleast min 10%

...well as smart work but the Managers are very bad bcz they always using politics. Salary is very decent and growth is very slow. They are not organise any other activities but organise only who is in office. No facilities are provided by the company.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow, Team is good for fresher to learn. Interview will be easy to join. very comfortable to work in Team. Team will Teach every thing in work. It is good to join in Team.
