...ot working complaint for Team computer manger. Our side support for all manager. Engineer side not support in team but salary date 1 or 2 credit this company so many people came to Engineer heavy work for field support still Engineer one or two days relive in company and very strictly call per day 7 call. one day maximum four call and five call Aten to Engineer still not working properly to question for purpose.

Good company to learn as a fresher ,salary / Appraisal structure is very poor, But salary credited on time as 1st or 2nd day of month.

Salary and apprasal structure is very worst , lot of politices in company.

May not lose job easily. Company will put you somewhere where there is requirement.

Salary hike and Career growth are some of the things impossible to get in first 3 years. After that, people will get used to it. Reason for salary not getting credited in the middle of the month even though you were promised salary in first 3 days of the month, answer for your role different in your company documentation than you are appointed, or answer for any of your important questions are other things you won't get.

Job security (Mostly will be sent to a different client if current client agreement gets closed)

...an 2.5 years still I get the response, increment is in progress, please wait) 2. Worst HR you will ever see, no response even if you ask for your appointment letter and salary statement 3. Salary can be delayed any month with no reason (I once got salary on 15th of the month, many times after 10th)

Salary structure is very good of this company. Everyone take their salary on time like 1st day of month.

Dislikes

Promotion is not getting after doing 5yrs 6 months job. And salary increment is very poor. My salary has been increased 5000 rs in five year completed.
