... have permanent employees. They will target interns and MBA students from north. They won't give salary also, first month somehow they will give, if you put one day leave also loss of pay for you. From second month onwards, for each sale you will get 1000. You have target of 15, for 15000. If no sale or less than 15 according to that money they will give. You don't have holidays on sunday. Monthly one leave. They have organized everything. I don't know about other companies but what they are doing is not right at all. Lying to customers, fooling them. Imagine they are just college first year students.

Everything is dislike high work pressure and environment is not good and even I didn't get salary I wasted my time and invested a lot to travel to that company guys don't join this company even senior manager team leaders and assist teams are not good they won't support you until you get a payment and even they don't provide leads Totally worst experience in the company 😬 even they are not going to provide mobile and laptops all the requirements are ours only very very baad experience

...nd scam. This was my first yet the worst experience this company is a big fraud. They hire new interns in 100s every month and make them work as an sales representative irrespective of what designation was mentioned on the offer letter the package given is just a number they firstly they don’t even give the base amount of the stipend to the interns they will deduct amount every month irrespective of what the given target was and what have you achieved. And if you successfully complete the internship don’t ever expect a given package in offer letter they have their own criteria’s which they won’t tell you in induction program and then won’t discuss the PPO, more than 70% of the employees are interns here and the company does not promise any growth in your career. *WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY.*
