It's an ED Tech Company that is run and managed by a team who has no idea about the Education segment!! They have created a good software (eventually) but are unable to decide how to price it! Their vision changes every month...from aiming to become a default service provider to all schools across the country the vision has changed to becoming a premium player withing 6 months paired by a totally incompetent service team. They just want to sell more and not serve at all. Experienced talent from the Education industry are hired only to be replaced by strategy makers who have never been on field but only know who to create excel sheets and strategies! The worst part is that they turn a deaf ear to people who try to help them realize their mistakes!

...rs without notice. They change their mind , pricing, strategy every 2 weeks. Work life balance is poor, no job security, no proper salary hike (but lay off).

Culture, top level management, unrealistic sales policy, non reliable people ur job is not secure even if u perform well, it's just someone is management dream of restructuring the organisation and ur job is gone.

Salary and other variables paid timely. I thought they sell their platform but they have selling ERP of a different company

Their product is very poor. Product is not ready till date but management want us to sell it aggressively. I sold it to some of my clients,they had a terrible experience and the clients says that I have deceived them by this product. Including me four sales professional left this company within 1-4 months
