...will be extremely caring towards you and then they will show their true colours. They you burden you with extra works and there is no pay policy for that. They tell that they will provide that reimbursement as paid leaves but you will not get it as per your convenience. They will manipulate you to take it as per their choice. Even if you don't like you (because you can't keep buttering them or oiling their feet) they will throw you out of the company by playing heinous politics. They will doom your life and become the worst night along with the cause for which will you will be chugging antidepressants regularly. The 2 most manipulative, insensitive, bureaucratic, criminal mind people there is Soumojit Biswas, Sukannya Biswas (Soumojit's elder sister, the naagin, even worse than that), the director and his mate and some of their chamchas (these keep on changing). Only thing you will love there is the caretaker, tmd sir who still have emotions but they are powerless due to that bro-sis duo. You will see a giant big boss house there with games like splitsvilla (I actually mean it because of the love shit they do with each other) and tasks like Roadies and Khatron Ke Khiladi. If you want to save your life or even your friends and family "DON'T EVEN JOIN THIS COMPANY". It's better to beg on the streets than working here. Yes, I am thankful to this organisation as it was my first job and it let myself earn my bread and butter but I felt like actually put not only sweat but blood and 50% of my life expectancy.

... is gone in the wind, they will literally call you after 2 am and make you work. Job security is none and the salary structure is so pathetic you would like to work as a labourer just to upgrade to a higher pay structure. They hire content writers but the creativity is just lost and the managers are as illiterate as the Labourer you will be working with. In the end just don't work for these guys at all.

... mst company hai..aur ye hum paisa khaa kr nii kehree..sach mein bawaal hai ....thiik thaak salary milega ..kaam kaaz acha se kro toh promotion bhi aur party bhi mst deta hai ..if you know to write ,teachief is your destination.

Bs thosa casual leave jyaada rahe ,toh aur bhi mazza aa jaaye ,aur calculation of salary 26 days ke hisaab se ho ,qki 31 days ke basis pr salary milta hai mtlv sundays bhi count hogyaa ,toh wo non paid ho gyaa aur per day salary ghat gyaa..toh employee motivated nii reh paata hai ,baaki sab mst ..mere ko manager bhi mst mile hai.

The management is supportive of the writers and provides help at every step.

...y are never praised for their hardwork but criticised for even a single mistake. They are expected and they work for 24 hours but their salary is very less in comparision for the work they are given.

I've never got any negative feedback from my team members, managers and others respected seniors. Every time asked them for any adjustments or some other issues they always says some words like 'Yes', 'Okay', 'Do it later', 'koi bat nahi' etc. As this is my first workplace, I didn't have much expectations from the company but I've got much more than my expectations. I just love to work with my colleagues and seniors.
