It's salary and benefits is too good form other companies that's the only benefit there.

Dislikes

Company is in deep trouble and every week there are silent layoffs They don't have budget and name of performance they laid down the people. Senior leader don't have vison how to grow instead they are focusing how and where to cut the budget. Recently company transfer over 1500+ employee to Accenture and shutdown there one or two units. Rumours are there 2 to 3 department also will shutdown in recent years. Long story short they may shutdown there office from India. My personal recommendation don't join TIAA atleast 2 years.

...s and steal a credit of your work and presnt to managers (you wont get to know). And your personal information like salary would be leak the moment you join the TIAA. Worst company ever where management are also not sure about the running the business.

Company is paying good salary. Amazing office setup at prime location Powai Hiranandani.

Dislikes

Company has zero work life balance. We are not taking breaks on time, we skip meals also. Sometimes we work on weekends. Systems are very outdated and works like government websites.

There have been no positive signs since I joined but they have just fired many people

The culture is really bad. Employees are ill treated Senior management is always looking for scape goats Your voice is never heard and if you happen to share a negative feedback it is held against you Senior leaders are just incapable of managing pressure

Emphasis on work life balance. Company culture is very good. It is easy to reach to higher management in case of any issues. Good facilities are provided by company for it's employees

Need more transparency.
