I got a chance to learn Tea tasting and a bunch of other skills related to checking the quality of tea. The team size was helpful and had a good manager.

Dislikes

Poor compensation. The location of the office is not ideal for daily commute. No scope for hybrid work.

The team seems to be ok. But the culture, the environment and especially the head is the worst you'll get. Growth-wise not a good place to be in.

Nothing is planned, compensation is really horrible, growth is nothing to be talked about. And you are just a temporary employee till the time there work is done. And the founder himself is a fraud here.

Colleagues are good and helping. Good team sprit.

Very bad working culture. It's called a company but culture was like a street side shop. There was no work or life balance shifts starts from 10:00 AM but ending time was 7 PM ( 2-3 hours Extra everyday ). Worst ever management was there, they are arrogant, biased.

Extremely disappointing experience at Teabox, Let's talk about the work culture - it's extremely toxic, to say the least, The founders especially the the Co-Founder, have created an atmosphere that feels more like a chaotic shop or a "Lala company" than a legit company. No structure at all, Communication about the expectations was nonexistent, ended up handling odd tasks like managing security guards and housekeeping, not what I signed up for. My attempts to contribute positively were met with resistance and zero support. Despite being in a Managerial position on paper, decision-making power was not there, The Co-founder's behavior during my performance review just after one month of my joining (Without any Induction, orientation or any Handover) was closer to harassment than feedback, After just 2 months, I've decided to call it quits, Sad to see such disagreement for basic structures and professional norms, especially from the leadership. To Future candidates, Approch Teabox (Teaxpress Pvt.Ltd.) with caution.

There is no company culture. The owner and the wife treat it like a personal shop rather than a business. Zero respect even for old employees.

Dislikes

Lack of respect. People are treated like paid servants. Even if you have leaves you can't use them, until and unless you are sick or dying.
