Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Tea County provides a good exposure and ambience to fresher's to develop their career, skills, knowledge etc.. The teammates are pretty good and experienced ones. The work enviornment is peaceful and the climate is so cool.As a Hill Resort, Kerala Tourism Development , Tea County is developing day by day. There are lots of tourist spots besides Tea County. The resort is situated at the heart of munnar Overall Tea County provides me job training,cafeteria, health insurance, softskill training,quality food and cheap price.
