The company is open to innovation and already adopts latest technology.i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global cilent base. As a result,i get to travell abroad,especially to the us and Canada.But on site is completely department on your project and cilent location.Mine is aus based cilent abd they have some officers in Toronto,hence i got a B1 visa quickly.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from verrious culturel backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration.I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Sometimes,i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in theevining and sometimea late ino the night.Managers do not value an individual s unique strengths,which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.i do receive appreciation emails from my client,but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal s.Also ,there is no on job training for fresshers, hebce senior folks like me have to guide them step by step,which is a pain sometimes.

All Colleagues at the same platform so the bonding will be awesome. Everyone will work and contribute to achieve the targets and desire KPI.

... hierarchy with the years of experience you have. No proper salary structure. Variable pay is much higher. Some allowance are paid annually and you need to approach to get the allowances paid to you.

Global exposure of this company. This is an MNC that makes an employer satisfied in his/her mind.

Work, work culture and systematic management. Hicherchy should be cut out for fresher will get more salary as they gave healthies effort for this company.

Worst culture. Different departments only fight with each other as their HODs also just fight each other doing blame game. Management is purely foolish.

TDK is good presence in global market but not that much known in Indian market so facilities are not that lavel in India which this company deserves if we compare with global level facilities.

Dislikes

No clarity about employees hierarchy and benefits , employees with same designation geting different salary structure, Slow and uncertainty about growth in carrier. Management is very conservative towards providing facilities to Indian employees. It's like do work and take salary only... favouritism is another challenge to prove yourself at every point of time. No suggestions taken from team before implementing any changes.
