There is a huge gap in the salary of work from office and work from home tutors. Work from office tutors get a fixed salary of 12,000 per month for 3 hour shift and work from home tutors get around 3000-7000 for the same 3 hour shift.

Really beneficial for improving one's communication skills in English. Also, content writing provides good scope of learning something new. Genuine work was always appreciated.

Dislikes

Promotions, salary and the unpaid vacations was something that concerned me while I was working there. Management was not much effective.

... provided incase of any unseen situation whether it is personal or professional. Pay is for 9hrs but u don't get any extra compensation for the extra time being put on for the work. Zero appreciation.

TCY upholds ethical practices and every student is given honest and transparent advice and this gives me a lot of job satisfaction and makes my job meaningful

It's difficult to get free on time everyday due to work so little flexibility is required

Only their Hr department is good. As they behave nice to you and listen to the problem.( May be because their job is to be)

I am writing this review after spending a few months in this company. Why a few months? Because experience was pathetic. You can join here only if you are not able to get the job in whole world or if you are used to of 'daily soap' sas bahu environment or back bitching or unlimited flattering. Because they have 0 people management, 0 values and culture, 0 kindness and compassion for employees, 0 employees happiness. You will find no employee older than a year because no one work here for long time period. If you think it's a grudge story of a bad employee then you can join and have expertise.
