Before Covid, it was located in WeWork. Benefit from weworks were free breakfast, 1 glass of beer. During Covid, it left the wework premises. So nothing as of now. If you work in Bangalore location, they will sometimes take you to free dinners etc.

Dislikes

1. Salary on 15th, with attendance cycle from 1-31 of previous month. 2. Dictatorship behavior. Full Micro-mgmt. Everyday by 10am, you would need to update what you will work on. Everyday by 8pm, you would need to report completed work, and pending work. Failure to do so would result in Half-Day to Full-Day Salary Cut. 3. Bad During/After Exit Experience. I had to threaten for police complaint to release FFS, and exp letter. 4. Alternate Saturday Working.

No employee career growth in the company. Job security is -0 and salary is given on the basis of self appraisal whatever your performance is but they will give you what they actually wanted to and every thing is based on politics, work environment is not good mostly employees of the company are enjoying their working hrs in gossiping with a cup of tea. No respect of people doing hard and smart work in order to achieve company goals. They have very poor strategy for doing very thing. Work life of dedicated employees are 0 no perks given to them.

Every thing nothing is appreciateble two faced people all around in the office.

CTO,HR,Lead even Founder is a part of family so they will not listen to to CTO/HR... will start mocking you when they want you to resign even you are best in your team they will call you anytime even at 12 am 1 am ,5am they thinks you are a robot don't accept the offer man , otherwise you will be suffering from a mental decease, prepare for other companies no worry even if it takes 2-3 months .be happy man please read all feedback from 2013 they are lifetime feedback for this company . calling over weekend is a culture for this company and if you say no you will be fired
