Great work life balance and good exposure for freshers. Managers and Teammates are friendly and helpful (atleast in my experience).

Below average salary,low hike and support projects. There are enough learning opportunities but most of the freshers do end up mostly in support projects and in most of these projects learning or skill improvement will be limited

In hand salary -13145 (for smart hiring dudes) PG-7000 (3 sharing decent room). Daily Afternoon food -(60 *5 =300 weekly ) monthly 1200 Bus daily charges -( 20*5 weekly) monthly 400 outing snacks weekly- 1000 daily needs such as shampoo, soap, detergent etc... -1200 weekend outing mostly within city -2000 end every month salary will remain around 300rs in bank account

Even in this situation company didn't provide us a valuable increment...now also as a graduate trainee we are receiving same salary with an increment for network even which is not helping us all...there are so many issues like network connection,power cuts..
