...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisal are fair and they give salary hike and bonus nothing.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

Likes

Opportunities to learn and truly contribute to client delight, personal and professional satisfaction. Work is very rewarding in that sense (not always monetary side). Job security is quite good.

Dislikes

...e and more women inclusion. Senior leadership needs more women and more empathy. Salary across is extremely low and this is a problem across BFSI companies. Promotions are very slow and that's demotivating leading to loss of good talent.

-Negligible Hikes -50 to 70 percent deductions in quarterly bonus -Promotion based on duration and not on achievements -No clear differentiation in terms of hike and appraisals between top and average performers -Visionless leadership. - policies are considered as rule book and HR don’t go by situational circumstances

Likes

It has plenty to offer a job security. It offers fantastic medical coverage. Work life balance is ok however it all depends on the project and the status of it

Dislikes

There is no real attempt to do any salary corrections for a tenured employee. There is no motivation driven from the company. Appraisals are very weak. Leadership are very stereotypical and not foresighted.

Culture, Cheap Politics, Make your Manager Happy to get things done, Variable pay will never be paid fully, Night Shift Allowance as a Drug without this your team won't support, Almost every business reports are manual, Poor Appraisal Hikes.
