1. Salary Increments and Promotion not happening as per experience, Market corrections and seniority. Lowest salary as compared to MNC companies. 2. Now, Work Flexibility not there like Suitable nearby Home-office location/Hybrid work.

Promotions are on hold at all levels for 2 years now. Even the top performers with A band not getting promoted and salary hike is 2-4%. All this in the name of difficult market conditions, meanwhile CEO getting near to 30% hike, hypocrisy much? Is TCS management turning away from famed TATA ethics?
