...hich are totally feels like people's are fill with cruel mindset and disgusting. So much work pressure + Politics + cruel and disrespectful behavior towards associates + no any extra pay or benefit even you works on Saturday, sunday and Even Holiday's also. Totally disappointed and due to this reasons I am leaving TCS company. TCS company is really good but this some project are totally worst. From my project till now 20 people have put resign due to this reason but Still TCS HR are not taking any actions against this people's.

low salary package, worst appraisal acc to band, no growth in skills, they have team every single technology which is not good for freshers as you zero to no opportunity learn any other process

...nd that they won't. No concept of employee relations, it is all about work here. Did not have a single team outing nor was given a bonus even once in 3.5 years

The best part is the work-life balance, you get to learn a lot if your project is good and you can regularly upgrade youself with all kinds of certifications which can help you for an all round development.

Dislikes

The only thing which can be said as a flaw is the compensation they provide to the employees, even the annual appraisals don't provide that much.

Good work environment and fun place to be. I used to work in Tcs Ion. Little to no politics there. People are helpful and polite. Good cafeteria of Olympus Building. Nice Gym.

Dislikes

Very very very low salary and beneftis. Don't really care about their previous employees. They just want to hire new ones. In tcs ion there is no onsite oppurtunity as well as the tech stack is pretty old. I won't recommend anyone to join that project.
