...fits in return. Be cautious, not to join such companies. No growth or promotion. Worst salary structure. This company is full of politics. Even the HR policies are political. Don't join TCS, even if it's the only company to give you the job. They spoil our career.

- variable pay is scam for c3a plus people - toxic environment depends on team member and client (no team work) - zero job security , they will hire you any time and fire you with no reason it's like my bat and my ball if you gave me out then I will take my bat and ball with me no body can play - no salary growth

Don't like anything offices have spacious working desk and some chairs are good

List is too long but I'll short with career progression in terms of salary, you'll get additional responsibilities daily but no compensation. No facilities for employees in office
