...e. Good and quick response at hospitals when you say you have TCS insurance . Good for people who already have Good salary package , non ambitious and want stability in life , not good for people who Want to grow in life . It provides you good option though for career switch between technologies which can be a boon for tech lovers .

Dislikes

Office politics , no recognition for hard work , appreciation by gems rather financially. Promotion and hike depends on mood of management. Dnt expect to get good band even if you are top performer , totally depends on budget and management politics .

Dislikes

Lot are there , they were going release rating and band but there won't be any change in salary. No promotions will be there. Work won't be there salary also won't be there. I would recommend not to work for bank projects one will stuck over there. Salary is totally bad it's better to start with startups and then shift for tcs

...rtiallity in annual appraisal by manager for even to ones work hard dedicatedly. No hike or promotions. Only 15 to 20% Variable will be paid out even at project.

Only Job security else nothing.

...b and financial stability and looking to take a retirement. 2) No food facility. You have to pay from your own pocket. Even no tea. 3) they cut too much salary. If your CTC is 10LPA. You will hardly get 67k in hand. 4) Work culture is very poor. 9.5 hours is must working hours daily. You can't logout your system in even 9 hrs. 5) There are several boss per person and literally 0 ethics and unprofessionals. I'd not recommend anyone to join untill your package would be 30-40 LPA and seeking for retirements.
