Salary, People, Culture, no reward. Client doesn't respect TCS, people work with zero dignity. Can do anything to appease client. I have got many people reviews working in different organization and clients. they told Tcs provide very poor quality of work.

Likes

Manager was very supportive they encouraged us to keep on learning and give our best. No extra hour of work we need to do. Incase of any doubt my lead and manager used to help us understand every single details of why and how we are going to fix it.

Salary and promotion is very slow

- Plenty of resources to learn from. Talent development team is actively encouraging employees to learn new tech which is very good. - People are amazing and kind. I liked everyone there. - You will get amazing role only if you are lucky. Mostly you'll get something that you don't like (for freshers ) and you can't change the role. Read cons to know why. - Great place to start career and settle at later stage of your life. Not an ideal place for in-between.

...akes everyone to work in more relaxed manner. So the environment is uninspiring. - insignificant salary hike ( It doesn't beat inflation) - Takes longer time to get promoted (usually multiples of 4 years ). Your worth is measured in terms of number of years of experience only. - No support team follows proper process though they have it on paper. They'll waste your time for everything, even after leaving the company.

Salary and appraisal will always be less then average but work heavly depend on project. If you get bad project you will be working 12 13 h in a day with no learning and minimal salary

The work culture and work life balance is great. Cultural events and health care programs are organised timely!

Dislikes

The salary hike is very bad even with good ratings. Promotions got delayed and you have to face many politics within project.
