1. TCS is good place for those people who has already done a lot of switches and ready to settle down till retirement. 2. It has good job security and work life balance. 3. It has good health insurance policy but now a days the premium has been increased a lot.

...ttering is the main condition you need to get a good exposure in the project. 2. The salary structure is very poor. The basic pay is minimum compared to other companies. They do so just to save on the company pf contributions. 3. The yearly hike is also a joke. They increase 5-6% but redistributes the salary components in such a way that you can get less in hand salary after the hike. All the increased amount goes in allowances and variable components and they can control how much to give.

...m. they dont give value for the employee carrier they just want their billing . I found there is no carrier growth technically because they will allocate the project which are irrelevant to our core skills they is no hikes , i don't see any hike for my salary for last 4 years and nowadays they are not paying variable pay RMG is not allow to tag to right projects where we get onsite opportunities

- variable pay is scam for c3a plus people - toxic environment depends on team member and client (no team work) - zero job security , they will hire you any time and fire you with no reason it's like my bat and my ball if you gave me out then I will take my bat and ball with me no body can play - no salary growth

Don't like anything offices have spacious working desk and some chairs are good

List is too long but I'll short with career progression in terms of salary, you'll get additional responsibilities daily but no compensation. No facilities for employees in office
