Appraisal and salary hike is super difficult, if you have worked for product company previously then definitely you wont like tcs for some reasons. Try to join tcs at the time you wanna get stability in life. 3 month of notice period could be a hurdle for you to find a new job

Firstly, the salary provided is often below industry standards, leading to many employees feeling underpaid. Additionally, the facilities offered could be significantly better. For instance, even basic amenities like a good cup of coffee are lacking. The quality of the food provided is also a concern, it tends to be subpar and quite expensive.

The higher management doesn’t care about the people working in full pressure and having many cause while working. The reason I left was the project RNTBCI managed by Sivamathurangan. He don’t care about the employees and he treated like slave master. Currently my colleague had heart attack while working with pressure and another’s colleague is mentally depressed.. because of this project while TCS sucks…

Oh ! I want to give zero rating if available. So much less salary in TCS, even a labor has more salary. No work and life balance. 7% salary hike is maximum. TCS runs mostly on Govt. contracts. Poor Management and Bad, unhuman behavior by management I experienced and heard from other employees in approx. all locations. Can't imagine this Tata brand might be so unhuman to employees.

It’s a very good company when it comes to work life balance. They have really good projects with good work.only issue is salary but that can be easily compensated with short term on-site trip. So I would highly recommend to join!
