At the time of hr discussiing salary it was like she is giving money from her own pocket, very limited hike

10 hrs shift to be shown only 9 in timesheet, cafeteria smells very bad(powai) pantries are like small call centers are much better

The job sequrity is most high. In pandamic where every company started reducing their employees TCS didn't did so. As an employee of TCS I really felt blessed that time. Thank you so much TCS

The increment is very low. As an BPO employee of TCS I really can't survive with this salary. I'm working here last 7 years and still I'm not getting atlist 30k per month. This makes me very very disappointed

The project I'm in has the best group of people. All are very friendly and a good work atmosphere is maintained. Easy to communicate with every level of authority.

The salary scale is too low and growth here takes a lifetime.

Nothing ! Worst company to work with ! They didn’t provide you the salary according to market and compare to other bpo ! Their hiring process is damn so worst ! Didn’t expect that ! Their hr lalit the most lazy man who didn’t want to work just taking free salary and writing emails after 3 days to send all the documents again n again which we already did ! I have cleared interview on 11 nov or before I didn’t receive any update about joining till now ! It’s been 2 months! Worst!
