At the time of hr discussiing salary it was like she is giving money from her own pocket, very limited hike

10 hrs shift to be shown only 9 in timesheet, cafeteria smells very bad(powai) pantries are like small call centers are much better

Good place to work and benefits also good for health insurance for self & Family.

No Hikes, No Growth, No Good Salary, No Good appraisal for employees, only Suggesting when retirement age is came then only will suggest to work In TCS.

-The best thing is job security and the health insurance benefits (with alots of t&c applied but can be ignorable) -work life balance will be zero as they have 10 hours shift timing .. core night shifts plus rotational other shifts. BUT If you're not married or staying away from family this might not be that big issue. - They provide transportation facilities. - Good canteen service very hygienic and quality food will be served .(but bit expensive compared to other companies I know.) - They did a-lot during corona days provided WFH facilities and even helped taking vaccines providing medicines and online doctors medical assistance throughout all the waves. -They provide GYM , playing areas every Fridays will be fun Friday and small events will always be there - Fit4life will motivate you to stay healthy . They even arrange marathons. - they do lots of donations and help needy people under purpose for life program.

Dislikes

... like IT HR etc) Few politics will definitely play good role in your growth. - don't join as fresher you might get very less package.

Work life balance will be there, pleasant place to work with out pressure, I feel slow growth on the salary other than you will feel heaven to work on tcs. Priority will be given for the employees on their wishes like project choice and movement and location

Salary hike and exam for the next level & 10 hours of work

Little job security unless and until you don't violate company security policy noone will fire you.

Paying low salary to existing employees and hiring outside candidates in average package. And giving yearly hike of just 2-3% however in media they will show 7-10% sometimes more. Higher management doesn't bother about you. They want their work done. Most of the higher management company working on toxic behaviour. A lot of people are on bench some are since year. Average bench period 3months min. Doesn't have anything any project.
