TCS only has brand name.Inside TCS nothing is good. A lot of favouritism and politics however it’s everywhere but not like TCS it’s next level. Even not proper Management nobody is there to help you.

Annual Compensation is not in line with experience and Market standards. Promotions are a long and arduous process and do not happen even after clearing Exams on time.

TCS only provide facility to his associate,they don't bother about the staff (In third party pay roll)who are working for TCS .

Dislikes

TCS kolkata management is only think about their employees, they don't think about their vendor staff who are worked for them.during covid 19 situation they indirectly bound to vendor staff work from office even they don't provide any pick and drop facility to vendor staff, where as pick and drop facility is provided to only TCS associate.

Salary is too low compared to the market but the main part is TCS doesn't care about it. They will get good people even if they are loosing you. In fact, they always have great talents in their benches.

...e management is transplant. They is a huge cafeteria gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, and they give salary hike.
