Join here only if you want work experience to jump to another company or if you want to pursue masters. Company culture and work life balance totally depends on your project, but the bad part is there are no good projects either.

Salary hikes are pathetic. Depending on the project, they might make you work on weekends with no overtime pay or compensate leaves. No work life balance and no good development projects.

Job security and learning opportunities are the only positive points for TCS.

Dislikes

VARIABLE pay is SCAM, company pays only 25 to 40 percent of that amount. Extended working hours with not benifits. Incompetent management. Poor annual increment.
