...ice and by the time you're back home you're super exhausted to do anything else. TCS is good in terms of salary however when it comes to growth it takes a hell lot of time to even get noticed, work culture is too bad here in Kolkata. No one respects or even helps anyone. Overall it's 3/10.

Dislikes

Too much politics in the office which makes it really pathetic to work there everyday you got to see and smile at the same people who are or have done something bad to you. No matter how hard you work you'll remain unnoticed unless you have some good setting with the management.

As many companies removed their employees.and also deducted their salary... but TCS did nothing such and the higher officials were always in touch with their employees... With regards to work from home, yes it is definitely hectic as compared to working in office. But I think in Covid situation each every employee from different companies or organizations facing these issues. But all the tcs employees are thankfull because they are not removed from the organization like others.

Dislikes

Working environment in logistics department and no growth.. Orelse in different departments or process the work environment is much better

It was a really wonderful experience to work in tcs eserve. I'm naturally escalated to a higher level of commitment, foresight, capacity and capability. The company helped me grow mentally and paved way for me to have a surged in desire to accomplish more in life. The team was excellent and I actually got to work with people from different backgrounds. The managers are real mentors. The teammates are very helpful not only among the team but within other teams as well.

Dislikes

There was nothing I actually disliked there. The only problem was that the compensation is pretty good, but the growth is very slow actually.

Dislikes

Here salary is low in compare to other equivalent MNC and incriminating is also low but other benefits like job security are great
