Salary is not satisfactory Pressure is alot even for a small task Sometimes salary gets deducted and NSA is also not given for about more than 3 months Reliving letter is not been given to the employees for more than 6months after resignation which tortures alot

Job Security - Until you didn't violate company rules and regulations, your job is secure till retirement.

Dislikes

Salary which was at the year 2010 for process associate is same in 2024. Salary & Benefits is worst. Promotions / Appraisal process is very poor. You will get 500 Rs hike after getting 4+ rating and below 4 you will get 150 rs hike.

I was proud being a Tcser. It was my first job and I got it easily. I never had any issues about getting paid timely. And I my job was secured.

... don't release u until 5 years and I wasn't even released after 5 years as well. And I was stuck in the same salary as well. I felt like a donkey whose existence was not felt even after working hard.

Nothing, it’s just that you have job security, nothing else.

Appraisal cycle is so bad, you don’t even feel like your salary is increased, no work life personal life balance, they just torture their employees mentally, and all the HR’s are so bad, they never help you, you just get disappointed when you go to HR.
