No skill development and salary hike. Also internal politics are there. The one who butter manager will get hike and the one who works will get more works. In the case of skill development, there's few good projects in TCS and all others can not even considered as a support projects. With an average TCS experience,you need to lie in your resume or do some other interships/courses to crack a good job

Senior resource will only get 20-30% variable pay. In general forget the variable pay then your annual CTC will be 2 lakhs less if you are getting higher package. HR's and management treat people like school. Toxic culture Skill mismatch- They are doing it purposefully because that'll make you loose your confidence then people won't go to other companies

I love my work. In Tcs few good and knowledgeable person are there. I am so lucky because in my team all are good persons.

Salary and promotion are very bad in Tcs. TCS is not a good company for freshers.

Company brand and work culture. Getting opportunities till date because of my experience in TCS. on-site opportunities are very high and work life balance is good.
