I have below 2 offers. which one to join. Need some guidance. 1. Luxoft - 32 fixed lpa. WFH. 1 lac joining bonus. 2. TCS - 31 fixed . over all ctc - 36. no WFH. 2 lac joining bonus (temporarily hybrid 3 days in client location which is near to my place till the time assigned to same project)

TCS is good company to join. 100 % Job security is there until you break Tata code of conduct. Lot of onsite opportunity is there.

1.Salary is not as per industry. May be good for Lateral. 2.Lot of politics when appraisal comes.

...sion. You keeps working on the old version which does not help u in your growth. The salary hike is very less. 6-7% on getting A band. Forget about promotions.

Apart from health insurance and job security nothing is better.The highest satisfaction factor of a employee is salary which TCS doesn't care about.They have decreased the salary increment given in all promotion almost half . Not at all good for freshers.
