No flexibility, poor Appraisal, Poor salary structure, Huge Variable pay cut, Very Big Bureaucracy, Poor Mindset Middle Management. Only process , process n process. Rude and Unprofessional RMG thinks as if they own the company.

TCS is overall a very good company, the only concern about this company is their hike and internal growth of an individual resource, that is very much terrible.after one point of time people feel frustrated because of the internal hikes they are giving to resources. Otherwise there is no better company than TCS wrt job security and work life balance.

Dislikes

The only dislike is they maintain a very low internal hikes policy. Even if you are high performer they won't reward you and the salary structure they are maintaining its not upto the experience and market. So it's completely not justifiable as per market standards.

Likes

Overall nice easy to survive even with very little work till retirement. 💯 Job security even one does next to nothing ,just go to office 3days and 2 days home mark attendance And one or two task in 6 months all is secured there.

Dislikes

Poor salary structure. RMG policies ,release. People joined before 2020 and prior still has low salary than there experience count. By luck only few gets onsite opertunity. One will develop low confidence as more time you spent there, later it will make you not worthy to survive outside world beyond TCS. Job security in all accounts has turn old people to just think about billing resourcing,even if you do nothing or very little work in any project or on bench all is 100 percentage secured with lowest salary and career growth.
