Job sequrity in TCS is unmatched. Project work Culture is perfect and once settled in your technology its gets easier for employees to drive through the challenges and also focus on career growth.

Compensation is not as much as its competitors. Its better to provide monetary growth to current employees rather than letting them go by hiring new resources.

Less salary hikes , less career growth ,deployed to projects you don't like or technolgy you are not that familiar with , work load distributed unsystematically, working extra hours with no compensation,

Job security is main point people join here.Learning here is all about project. Office infrastructure is good, Cultural events are good too.

...e in coding don't join here, it will b a huge risk if u dont get a good project. You have to pay some amount for health insurance. Favouritism is there. Even if you are good in work you won't get promoted for a long time. Don't expect a hike.
