...t go for it. You will never neglect to be a tcser. Job security is at top level. Yes salary is less comparing to another organization's but once you are in tcs you will get thousands good offers til that you can enjoy your life with tcs.

All people's are good there. Just only thing I disliked is you will not get the location you want at first priority and also the project. They will allocate you according to there needs.

Good salary package among other MNCs. Job security is something for which u can work there.

Work timing would be too high and management won't care to help u out if u have any problem with the shift timing or project.

Mangament is transperant , good company policies and work-life balance is good teammates and leaders are very supportive..... overall experience excellent

Sodexo is third party of TCS Salary will get on time . Work Environemt is good.

Sodexo technical services Work talent dont consider... Salaried are less. Salary Hikes are less. Performance is not considered. If we take intrest and try to grow high they will make you go down by assain some other work. Work assaignmet to person js not good. They only need the work to be finished. They use electrical person for carpetry, plumbing.. every wher. There is no quality knowledge supervisors

Great environment, Salary Packages, On time salary, Night cab facility upto 40Km from the office which the best among all the other companies.

Dislikes

The HR of the company should be more helpful towards the employees. They are also an employee like others.
