No matter whether it's IT Or BPO, give equal quantity of work for both in their field and pay them to their satisfaction Please stop underemployment In my bpo field , a MSC graduate is working under accounting field😑 This is not good. Pay is a major drawback in TCS Please give good pay and satisfying work. I have seen many lazy cats roaming in TCS due to less work.

...anegement is transparent.There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Learning opportunities and resources. Broad variety of projects (that RMG won't let you access)

Management isn't updated with latest trends and technology. Low salary, low hikes, no promotions, no work life balance, wfh issue

As you all know that TCS is one of the top most company in MNCs. Company provides good security and you will not feel pressure in work.

Promotions, hikes and salary perspective this is top worst company in india with no hikes and promotions. They will never think about employees future and their expectations.

The company has a very good management professional and HR to reach for the change of project or in any support. Good work culture. For skill development there is lot of opportunities either in digital applications or in IRC with some very good books.

Dislikes

Following the same hike percentage for freshers and lateral entry is not fair. Even after 8 years You could see that the person often switch has greater pay scale than the person who is loyal to TCS. In Promotions manager would play a political game there.
