Even in this situation company didn't provide us a valuable increment...now also as a graduate trainee we are receiving same salary with an increment for network even which is not helping us all...there are so many issues like network connection,power cuts..

Job security. But the same without good pay or appraisals cannot consider. Good for you if you want a stable company to work rest of your life without any personal improvements or financial growth. Chance of on site.

Dislikes

Work culture. Managers without technical knowledge. Non supportive HR and admin teams No goodies - not even a bag or a coffee mug. Worst salary appraisal. Mandatory work from office.

The Work life balance is perhaps one of the best in IT, at least for a fresher.

Please don't expect a salary hike of more than 10% and it also depends upon some internal politics, so tread carefully. TCS could offer better compensation to the existing employees like the way they acquire lateral employees.

Except job security there is nothing which can help you to grow your career neither skill nor salary or opportunities. If you want to develop your skills or willing to get benifits you need to be always good with manager even he is not a nice with you. Here people's get good hike and appraisals when they have good contact with manager, if not forget benifits from company even you working hard.

1- TCS work life balance is really good for most of the projects. 2. The training and development programs are also good and accessible to everyone in the company.

Dislikes

1)Poorest salary structure in the TCS 2. Outdated appraisal process; Strong favoritism, and local community culture. One can not survive with only talent. 3) They cut huge amount of qurtarly Pay in salary.
