Excellent in all Criteria, Listing out few which is not mentioned above. * Employee care - All TCS Premises will have Doctors and medicines which is very useful to all the associates. * Insurance * Reading - All TCS Premises will have IRC which is very useful, Having many books and if not available we can request the corresponding IRC person .

- variable pay is scam for c3a plus people - toxic environment depends on team member and client (no team work) - zero job security , they will hire you any time and fire you with no reason it's like my bat and my ball if you gave me out then I will take my bat and ball with me no body can play - no salary growth

Don't like anything offices have spacious working desk and some chairs are good

I'm not against bulk hiring but as a consequence salary is already lower than market and since hikes are low as well so basically if you stay for couple years then you'll notice your friends with a package far greater than yourself. 4. Got Offer from TCS!
Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.
