...ur from Mumbai within a day (absolutely impossible for me) without any option. They are not giving me one month salary, also threatening me that they will terminate me soon (on the spot). I don't have any money, I belong to poor family, my parents are farmers. I lost my appraisal in previous job due to them, I was even getting offered better CTC than this in my previous job. I have sacrificed all for them and I have lost all. I am absolutely broke by this experience, from compensation point of view, I have already lost my 1 Lakh in this time. I told them that I am staying on rent and owner of house will be able to give me my deposit only after one month But TCS people are not waiting for even a week.

...r, they have established in the company for many years and literally do nothing. Work-Life Balance is excellent, company policies are confusing but as I said it all matters with what package we joined the company.

Job Security cos most of them are lazy bags who doesnt skill up and also cheap labour for the clients .

Everything .No Career Growth , Horrible work culture. Underpaid salary .Sometimes we think even a tea shop would be better than working at TCS as a fresher

...ce towards upkilling, blind-eye towards employee ambition and career objectives. The biggest minus point is the salary which goes complete unrevised since a long time. Promotion and appraisal are very marginal.

TCS is a good organization. We can develop our skills , if we are working in projects as developer, and job security and culture is also stable.

Dislikes

The cons for this company is mainly salary and promotions. Salary will get increase 7% only if got 'A' rating also. Promotions will come based on colabaration with the managers and project.
