Nothing to like except benching policy.

Dislikes

...the pay is very less and there is no such thing like work culture or appraisals. Aprraisals are so minimal that you won't even notice in the salary. I have seen many freshers who working got job through college placement at below 3 LPA in tier 2 cities and working hard getting A Band in appraisal cycles but not getting promoted to next band.

unable list any solid point which I like in TCS.

1. compensation 2. promotions 3. basic component in salary , I think it's the low in the IT and any other company, someone can put a metrics comparing similar companies can help larger community. 4. list goes on

Likes

TCS offers good work life balance and average skill development. Once you are in they rarely fire. They have variety of projects where you will be mapped according to your skill even if you are average or poor in skill.

Poor salary hikes, Removal of hybrid mode. And Poor promotions. Only disadvantages of TCS job as a fresher is less money.

Got Offer from TCS!
Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.
