Got Offer from TCS!
Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.

Nothing that stands out.

Dislikes

1. Compensation, hikes, appraisals are terrible. 2. WFO is being forced on associates. Different rules for different account for return to office. Non-centralized organization. 3. Work is not valued. 4. Managers have -ve managerial skills. 5. HRs are unprofessional and lack basic manners. Don't know how they are hired with such street brut personality. 6. They do all sorts of micro-mgmt and dirty politics so that you get frustrated and resign. Then they won't have to fire people in masses thus saving them from a -ve spotlight and giving a vague notion to people about job security.

Have a earned leave concept which can be encashed after 30 - 40 leaves are collected. Good upskilling platforms are provided. - variable pay is scam for c3a plus people - toxic environment depends on team member and client (no team work) - zero job security , they will hire you any time and fire you with no reason it's like my bat and my ball if you gave me out then I will take my bat and ball with me no body can play - no salary growth
