It has plenty to offer a job security. It offers fantastic medical coverage. Work life balance is ok however it all depends on the project and the status of it
There is no real attempt to do any salary corrections for a tenured employee. There is no motivation driven from the company. Appraisals are very weak. Leadership are very stereotypical and not foresighted.
Excellent place to get to know the business lot of learnings.

Culture, Cheap Politics, Make your Manager Happy to get things done, Variable pay will never be paid fully, Night Shift Allowance as a Drug without this your team won't support, Almost every business reports are manual, Poor Appraisal Hikes.
Very Good Work life balance. If your performance is average your job is secured. Very good platform for learning’s have ample of material and inhouse training’s available to explore and it really gives good insights. It includes topics like Agile, machine learning etc. also it has very good platform called wings 2 training which allow you to select role you aspire and assign trainings accordingly. Good company for people who wants secured Job, good work life balance and wants lesser hard work.
Beware 30% of your salary is variable. There is something called Performance Bonus, Quarterly Bonus and Annual Retention Bonus. Quarterly Bonus is always paid late by 2 months. like in my case I have received June’s Bonus in September salary.
Difficult staff to work with, very unorganised and unstructured. As good as government employees. Not a good company for too ambitious people
No matter whether it's IT Or BPO, give equal quantity of work for both in their field and pay them to their satisfaction
