... that too without giving them a seat or soft warning before deducting the money. Associates are losing thousands of money from their salary every month in the name of quarterly results or associates not working from office. I feel joining TCS at early stages will translate into delayed career growth which will result in lesser monetary value in overall growth.

Less pay compared to market. Pathetic promotion options - Globally stopped since 2 years. Management or Admin unhelpful.. even the security guards think they are in a government office and they are rude. No proper transportation arrangements… Annual hike is like penny

I had flexible work timings, I had the good TL and Project Manager most of the employees don't have this comfort.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

The salary never increases, the compensation shows as it is increased to 5-7% but is never reflected in actual monthly salary. Too much politics in appraisal and promotions. We never get what we deserve, lateral hires who are not worthy get more salary than the loyal employees there is no normalisation in treating employees.
