No job secure for contractual employee. Without any reason sending letter of disiplinary issue. No proper attendence tracking for on roll employee. But for contractual employee attendence is mandetory. If contractual employee giving correct attendence too.

...l companies which is a major concern as this could be equal to 1 month's salary. No salary review unless resignation. HR policies are unfair to individuals. Regional/company management does not care to enhance HR policies. Tasks over weekends/ holidays without any benefits or comp off.
