Dislikes

Low salary. Extremely delayed promotions. Extremely low variable payout. Unethical seniors- often false promises of promotion and onsite are offered to allure employees in joining project. Long working hours expectation. Supervisors call you at unearthly hours. Goals and Attributes are set at the last moment during appraisal time and often set as per the decision made on your band. If a low band is decided for you, then un realistic goals are set for you. Highly demotivating work environment.

...rtiallity in annual appraisal by manager for even to ones work hard dedicatedly. No hike or promotions. Only 15 to 20% Variable will be paid out even at project.

...quartery variable 70 perecent of employees will get only 20 percent of variable. Salary structure is very bad, basic is less obviously hra and pf is less. 90 percent of managers are un skilled resource managers either from support background or stick to tcs from long time. Resource management group, hr people are there like govt employees they follow 1990 rules. Don't join for onsite opportunity.

Little job security unless and until you don't violate company security policy noone will fire you.

Dislikes

Paying low salary to existing employees and hiring outside candidates in average package. And giving yearly hike of just 2-3% however in media they will show 7-10% sometimes more. Higher management doesn't bother about you. They want their work done. Most of the higher management company working on toxic behaviour. A lot of people are on bench some are since year. Average bench period 3months min. Doesn't have anything any project.

...m. they dont give value for the employee carrier they just want their billing . I found there is no carrier growth technically because they will allocate the project which are irrelevant to our core skills they is no hikes , i don't see any hike for my salary for last 4 years and nowadays they are not paying variable pay RMG is not allow to tag to right projects where we get onsite opportunities
