What I like about Tata Consultancy Services(TCS) is that it provides an excellent work-life balance. We can manage our personal life as well as work efficiently. And the second thing that I like about it is job security. It is an excellent place to work as a fresher.

Dislikes

The only thing I don't like about TCS is that the compensation and salary growth are minimal. As a result, there is very slow growth salary-wise compared to other organisations for the same employee with equal years of experience and similar expertise.
