Only that My Job is secure and no one can remove me. I have been working since 2002 and never come across such a worst politics that is TCS. even having secure Job but the mental pressure is Worst.

Dislikes

Mental pressure is worst. Salary is not good. wrong expectations are set before joining and after joining. No transparency. If you are lucky or if have a good face you will top the expectations. have to work for 9:30 min and traveling separate but been paid like a dog. worst part there is no re-hiring so if Joined in with wrong expectations you cannot leave and join back. and as TATA a brand name no one wants to leave such a good secure place immediately. but the work life and company's HR are worst. don't know how to treat their workers its a management game hiding all our grievance even some process teams are internal you cannot voice out till it burst in to social platform. Emails cannot be sent .. Trill has its lifts but no stares. till 8th floor we have to only expect lift. I recently did MBA but no growth is offered management plays it games as they feel, they have heads and tales with them so who will grow will be their decision not your ratings so Face and good long tough will win the game they why work and waist time. I have worked for TECH M it was a hard life but never been felt like how I am feeling now. If any one wants to take action I have already Raised a legal police support for the same.

Salary growth is very low as compared other bpo company for freshers and experience employees politics they think that we are the only boss

I likes about the TCS is good work culture, low work pressure, work-life balance, lots of opportunities to learn and the most job security.

Dislikes

It feels good working at TCS. The work culture is good, with low work pressure and lots to learn but the salary increament as per the seniority and role is low. If the salary is justified as per the seniority or designation, I would never left TCS.

Very stingy management Employees get only salary but no goodies, team lunches or sponsored celebrations. Laptops given are poor in condition to many and warranty of the laptops are not tracked properly. Employees are forced to pay for any damage even for a 2 year old laptop
